Billing & Claims Questions, Answered

  • How do I pay my insurance bill?

Find your carrier in the list above and use the Billing link to pay directly through their portal. If you're not sure which carrier holds your policy, contact either of our offices and we'll look it up for you.

  • How do I file a claim?

Use the Claims link next to your carrier above to file directly with them. For help understanding the process or if you're not sure where to start, call or text either Leopold Insurance Agency office and a local agent will walk you through it.

  • Why do I need to contact my carrier instead of Leopold Insurance Agency directly for billing?

As an independent agency, we connect you with the carrier that actually holds your policy — billing and claims are handled directly by that carrier, while we're here to help with questions, coverage changes, and finding you the right policy in the first place.

  • I don't see my carrier listed. What do I do?

Contact us and we'll get you the right information for your specific carrier.

We're happy to help you figure out where to go, even if the answer is a carrier's portal rather than us directly.
