Leopold Insurance Agency has grown from a single desk to two offices, dozens of carrier relationships, and a local team that's stayed put for decades — because the way we do business hasn't changed, even as the agency has.

Leopold Insurance Agency is an independent, family-owned insurance agency with offices in Hallettsville and Victoria, TX, representing more than 30+ carriers across property and casualty, life, health, annuities, and long-term care coverage. About Our Founder
Charles H. Leopold built this agency on perseverance and hard work. He started selling life insurance at 21 years old, earned his Property & Casualty license in 1967, and spent the decades that followed helping people protect their assets and their futures. He became known throughout the community for his integrity, his experience, and his common sense approach to insurance — qualities that shaped how this agency still operates today. Charles has since retired from active work at the agency, but the standard he set — put the client first, and don't stop until you've found the right coverage — hasn't changed.
The agency Charles founded has grown into a full-time local team across two offices, representing more than 30+ carriers for property, casualty, life, health, annuities, and long-term care coverage.
Today, Wendy S. Janak leads that team day to day as Agent - Owner, carrying Charles's original standard forward for every client who calls, texts, or walks into either office.
